We manage your properties from A-Z
· Promote and advertise managed offices through our database, website, and other channels (Paid ads at the owner's expense)
· Communicate effectively with customers about property management services
· Show the premises to potential tenants interested in managed offices
· Prepare contracts that outline the terms of the property management agreement
· Maintain the premises using smart technology for cleaning, consumables, water, and more
· All expenses related to property management, including cleaner fees, consumables, EAC bills, Internet bills, water bills, and any renovations or furnishing, are the responsibility of the property owner.
How it works?
A contract is established between the property owner and PACZ for our property management services, which include promoting managed offices equipped with smart technology. Once we begin our promotional efforts and communicate with potential customers, a contract is signed once an agreement is reached with a customer. Following this, we will start invoicing you based on the agreed monthly fee percentage per contract, which is contingent on the monthly rental fee, and manage all aspects outlined above.
