We manage our own serviced offices and also manage other property owners’ offices.
We offer our expertise, recommendations and management in order to maximize the profit for our property customers who would like us to manage their properties.
· Promotion and advertise Social media, through our database, website, etc (Paid ads at customer expense)
· Communicate with customers
· Show the premises to the potential tenants
· Prepare contracts
· Maintain the premises (Cleaning, consumables, water, etc)
· All expenses are on property owner expense (cleaner, consumables, EAC bill, Internet Bill, water bill, any renovations, furnishing, paid ads, etc)
A contract is made between the owner of the property and PACZ for offering our services mentioned above
After that we start promoting the property and communicating with customers
Upon agreement with customer a contract is signed between you and the customer.
After that we start invoicing you with an agreed monthly fee percentage per contract (based on the monthly agreed rental fee) and we handle everything mentioned above.
· You have a continuous income with multiple tenants instead of one
· Worry free. Since we handle everything you do not have to worry about the management of your property.
· We offer a low fee for the management and this fee apply only to the agreed contracts
· All contracts are agreed and approved by you in advance
