We have 2 fully renovated locations that offer versatile coworking spaces. One is a ground floor house featuring shared service offices, while the other includes both ground and upper floors. Both locations are ideally situated in the center of Limassol, close to Hellenic Bank on Makarios Avenue, as well as all major banks, cafeterias, the post office, and a shopping center, all within walking distance.

Smart locks, automations, alarms, cameras, smoke detectors, leak detectors, and high-speed wireless internet are some of the technologies we employ to minimize costs while maximizing efficiency and profits.
By keeping costs low, we can focus on the quality of service we offer to our customers.
We manage our own serviced offices and also oversee private office rentals for other property owners.
Our expertise includes providing recommendations and management services to maximize profits for property customers who choose to have us manage their spaces.
We manage your properties from A-Z:
· Promotion and advertising (Paid ads at the owner's expense)
· Communication with customers
· Showing the premises to potential tenants
· Preparing contracts
· Maintaining the premises (Cleaning, consumables, water, etc.)
· All expenses are covered by the property owner (cleaners, consumables, EAC bill, internet bill, water bill, renovations, furnishings, etc.)
How it works?
A contract is established between the property owner and PACZ for the management services mentioned above.
Once the contract is in place, we begin promoting the property and communicating with potential customers.
When an agreement is reached with a customer, a contract is signed between you and the tenant.
Subsequently, we will invoice you at an agreed monthly fee percentage based on the rental income from each contract, while we manage everything detailed above.
