How it works?
A contract is made between the owner of the property and PACZ for offering our services mentioned above
After that we start promoting the property and communicating with customers
Upon agreement with customer a contract is signed between you and the customer.
After that we start invoicing you with a agreed monthly fee percentage per contract (monthly agreed rental fee) and we handle everything mentioned above.
